How to redeem the Promo Codes:
1. Open your Klook App on mobile.
2. Click on ‘Account’ on the lower right hand corner for Account Page.
3. Click on ‘Promo Codes’.
4. Enter the promo-code and click ‘Redeem’.
How to Use the Promo Codes:
1. Search for your desired hotel on the Klook App.
2. Add your booking to Cart.
3. Go to your Klook Shopping Cart and press ‘Proceed to Pay’.
4. Make sure all personal details and Singapore number is filled in.
5. Under Payment Summary, click ‘Use Promo Code’.
6. Select the Redeemed Promo Code from wallet and make sure the discount is displayed on the payment page before checking out.

- The Promotion is valid from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2024, both dates inclusive.
- To enjoy the Promotion, Card Members must key in the dedicated promo code at the time of booking.

- STAYAMEX24400: Enjoy 12% off with min. spending of S$400 on hotels, savings capped at S$70. Limited redemptions.
- Payment must be made with an eligible American Express® Card (“Card Members”).
- "Eligible American Express Cards" are qualifying personal basic and/or supplementary American Express Cards issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore only, excluding American Express Corporate Cards, and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.
- The promo codes can only be utilised for hotel bookings (https://www.KLOOK.com/en-SG/hotels/).
- The promo codes cannot be stacked with any other promo code.
- Each promo code is valid for one-time use per user account only.
- Each promo code is valid for a limited number of checkouts only. Code redemption does not guarantee availability for use at checkout.
- Discount will be applied on the ticket price before fulfilment fee, and displayed on the payment page if promo code is successfully applied. No discount will be given if promo code fails to apply.
- The Promotion is valid only for Singapore users with a Singapore phone number and residence only.
- The Promotion is valid for bookings made via Klook’s website and mobile app only, excluding listings on third-party platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, Hotels.com).
- The Promotion does not apply to Stay+ bundles (https://www.klook.com/en-SG/hotels/stayplus/), Pay at Pickup for Car rentals (https://www.klook.com/en-SG/car-rentals/), Travel Insurance (https://www.klook.com/en-SG/insurance/products/), and products in the Non-Applicable Activity List (https://www.klook.com/en-SG/no_applicable_activities_list_new?coupon_forbid_act_batch_ids=1).
- The Promotion is not valid for mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).
- Prices listed may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable.
- The Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash and against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Card Member.
- The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, rewards, loyalty programmes, promotions, discounted items, VIP privileges, and fixed price items (unless specified).
- Klook reserves the right to require payment of fees or charges for any Services offered by Klook.
- Card Members shall pay all applicable fees or charges, as described on Klook’s mobile app and website in connection with the Services selected.
- Klook reserves the right to change its price list for fees or charges at any time, upon notice to you, which may be sent to you by email or posted on Klook's Website.
- Your use (or continued use) of the Services offered by Klook following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or revised fees or charges.
- Klook supports payments in different currencies and rates can be converted into different currencies for your convenience. Activity rates indicated in a certain currency are at a rate determined by Klook, estimated using market spot rates. Payment currency will be clearly indicated at time of payment. Additional fees (including but not limited to foreign exchange fees) may apply to the transaction.
- American Express does not assume liability and American Express Card Members shall not make any claim whatsoever for (i) injury or bodily harm or (ii) loss of damage to property, howsoever caused, arising from, or in connection with these benefits and privileges.
